Which countries do you export to?
We export worldwide. Our partners include importers, hospitals and distributors across Africa, Southeast Asia, Latin America, the Caribbean, the Middle East and Central Asia. We open new markets on request and prepare documentation to each destination regulator’s requirements.
Who can buy from Divy Tradelink?
We supply licensed pharmaceutical importers, wholesalers, distributors, hospitals, pharmacies, access providers and government health programmes. We do not supply to individual patients or members of the public.
Do you supply prescription medicines?
Yes. Many of the products we export are prescription-only medicines. These are supplied strictly to licensed buyers, and must be registered with the destination market’s regulatory authority before import.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product and supply model. For bulk B2B supply we quote on commercial quantities. For named-patient and special-access orders we fulfil single packs and small quantities without minimum container requirements.
What documentation do you provide?
Every consignment ships with a batch-wise Certificate of Analysis, a Certificate of Pharmaceutical Product in WHO format, the manufacturer’s GMP certificate, a Certificate of Origin, and a commercial invoice with packing list. Cold-chain shipments also include a temperature data logger report.
Are your products GMP certified?
Yes. Temperature-sensitive products ship in validated thermal packaging with calibrated data loggers. The logger report is supplied on delivery so temperature integrity is documented rather than assumed.
How long does delivery take?
Air freight typically takes several days once documentation is complete; sea freight suits larger consignments with longer lead times. Named-patient orders are despatched by air courier with tracking. Exact timelines are confirmed at quotation.
What is your minimum shelf life on delivery?
Minimum residual shelf life is confirmed per batch at order confirmation, so you know exactly what you are receiving before the consignment ships.
