Description
Introduction Of Zhevavir 0.5mg Tablet:
Zhevavir 0.5mg Tablet is an antiviral medicine used in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection in adults.
Zhevavir 0.5mg Tablet should be taken on an empty stomach, at least 2 hours before or after a meal, at the same time every day. Your doctor will decide what dose is necessary and how long you need to take it, based on your medical condition. You should take it exactly as your doctor has advised, and continue treatment for as long as prescribed, even if you feel well, as stopping early can worsen the infection or cause symptoms to return. Your doctor may test you for HIV infection before starting treatment, as this medicine should not be used alone in patients with untreated HIV.
Headache and nausea are among the most common effects of this medicine. Your doctor may advise regular monitoring of your liver function while you are on treatment. Inform your doctor immediately if you notice unusual muscle pain, stomach pain, or vomiting, as this medicine can rarely cause a serious build-up of lactic acid in the blood, especially in overweight individuals.
