Vortuxi 500mg Injection contains Rituximab, a monoclonal antibody used in the treatment of Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma (NHL), Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL), Rheumatoid Arthritis, Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis (GPA) , Microscopic Polyangiitis (MPA), and Pemphigus Vulgaris.

Vortuxi 500mg Injection is administered only by a trained healthcare professional as a slow intravenous infusion after dilution. It must never be given as an intravenous push or bolus. Your doctor will decide the dose and schedule based on your condition and body surface area, and it may be combined with chemotherapy or other medicines. Medicines to reduce the risk of infusion reactions are usually given before each dose. It should never be self-administered.

Infusion-related reactions such as fever, chills, and itching are among the most common effects of this medicine, especially during the first infusion.
