Tenovate 30gm Cream is applied thinly to the affected area, usually once or twice daily, and gently rubbed in using only enough to cover the area. It should not be used for more than 2 to 4 consecutive weeks unless your doctor advises otherwise, as prolonged use of potent steroids can lead to side effects. Wash your hands before and after applying the cream, unless the hands are the area being treated. It should not be applied to the face, groin, underarms, or broken and infected skin unless specifically directed by your doctor.
