Herlapsa 250mg Tablet is a targeted anti-cancer medicine used, in combination with other cancer medicines such as capecitabine, in the treatment of HER2-positive advanced or metastatic breast cancer.

Herlapsa 250mg Tablet should be taken on an empty stomach, at least one hour before or one hour after a meal, at the same time every day. Your doctor will decide what dose is necessary and how long you need to take it, depending on your medical condition and the other medicines it is combined with. You should take it exactly as your doctor has advised, and swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water without breaking, crushing, or chewing it. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember, unless it is close to your next dose; do not double the dose.

Diarrhea and fatigue are among the most common effects of this medicine. Your doctor may advise regular monitoring of your heart function and liver enzymes while you are on treatment. Inform your doctor immediately if you notice upper stomach pain, itching, dark urine, pale stools, or yellowing of the skin or eyes, as this medicine can rarely cause serious liver toxicity.
