Cazanat 20mg Tablet should be taken on an empty stomach, at least one hour before or two hours after a meal, but try to have it at the same time every day to get the most benefit. You should take it exactly as your doctor has advised, and swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water without crushing or breaking it.
