Description
Introduction Of Cizumab 100mg Injection:
Cizumab 100mg Injection contains Bevacizumab, a monoclonal antibody that works against vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), used in combination with chemotherapy to treat metastatic colorectal cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, kidney cancer, cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, and certain other cancers.
Cizumab 100mg Injection is administered only by a trained oncologist as an intravenous infusion, usually over 30 to 90 minutes, after dilution. It is used together with other chemotherapy medicines, and your doctor will decide the dose and schedule, typically once every 2 to 3 weeks, based on your condition. It should never be self-administered.
High blood pressure, fatigue, and nosebleeds are among the most common effects of this medicine, as it can affect blood vessels throughout the body. Your doctor will monitor your blood pressure and urine protein levels regularly during treatment. Inform your doctor immediately if you notice severe headache, unusual bleeding, sudden abdominal pain, poor wound healing, or signs of a blood clot such as leg swelling or chest pain.

Benefits Of Cizumab 100mg Injection:
1. Metastatic Colorectal Cancer
Colorectal cancer that has spread depends on new blood vessels to keep growing. Cizumab 100mg Injection, combined with chemotherapy, blocks VEGF to limit this blood supply, helping shrink tumors and slow disease progression.
2. Lung, Kidney, Cervical, and Ovarian Cancer
In these cancers, Cizumab 100mg Injection, used together with other cancer treatments, helps starve tumors of the blood supply they need to grow, supporting the overall treatment plan and improving disease control.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them.

Machanism Of Action Of Cizumab 100mg Injection:
Cizumab Injection contains Bevacizumab, a monoclonal antibody that binds to and inactivates vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), a protein tumors release to trigger the formation of new blood vessels. By blocking VEGF, Cizumab prevents these new blood vessels from forming, cutting off the blood and oxygen supply the tumor needs, which helps slow or stop its growth and spread.
