Frequently Asked Questions

From sourcing to delivery, we ensure reliability at every step. Our operations follow strict quality and regulatory standards.

What is Telura Tablet used for?
Telura Tablet is a three-drug antiretroviral combination containing Lamivudine, Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate, and Efavirenz, used to treat HIV-1 infection by lowering viral load and helping preserve immune function.
It’s taken once daily on an empty stomach, ideally at bedtime, since this timing helps reduce Efavirenz-related side effects like dizziness and vivid dreams that can occur early in treatment.
This combination should not be used to treat hepatitis B. If a patient has undiagnosed HBV and stops taking it, their liver condition can suddenly and dangerously worsen.
The Efavirenz component can rarely cause mood changes, including depression or, in rare cases, suicidal thoughts. Report any new or worsening mood symptoms to your doctor promptly.
Missing doses or stopping treatment, even briefly, can allow HIV to become resistant to the medication, making future treatment options less effective and harder to manage long-term.
Telura Tablet contains Lamivudine 300mg, Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate 300mg, and Efavirenz 600mg, manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd, supplied as 30 tablets, and classified as a prescription-only HIV medication.
